This was our 2nd time at Carrabbas here at this same location here in Sugarland and it was just as great as the 1st time. We tried something different on the menu this time, trying the Chicken Marsala which was really good with broccoli and my husband's mashed potatoes lol. My husband had the Chicken Parmesan and he enjoyed his meal as well! What topped it off was that our server Dunia was so pleasant! She was very kind and personable. We truly enjoyed our Sunday dinner!

Josh provided exceptional service! So much so, it renewed my confidence in eating out. The food was tasty as usual. The dessert was also delicious. If I hadn’t had to wait so long to be seated (in a rather empty restaurant) this would have been a five star review. The hostess did apologize for the inconvenience. Overall, I would recommend this location.

We had a good overall experience and the food was enjoyable. The only issue was that our main dishes arrived about 5 minutes after we received our appetizers, which made the meal feel a bit rushed. Other than that, everything was good.

I am giving 5 stars though it wasn't at every moment what people would see as 5 stars. But in the end, if everything is made right, and exceeds your expectations, then it deserves a review that is equal to the effort. Food at Carrabba's is always so good. However, the food came to our table ice cold. It was sent back and the cook must have tried to heat it up rather than make it as it should have been so it came back well done rather than medium rare. I had a conversation with the manager for the second time, both he and I were extremely cordial and polite under the circumstances and he took it upon himself to walk it through from start to finish. There was no fault to thrown around, just expectations to be met. And the restaurant as a whole met and exceeded these. Not every mistake at a restaurant needs to become a tragedy when we work together to a common objective. Good food, good service, and good atmosphere.
